Torres Del Paine National Park is located in southern Chilean Patagonia and emcompasses mountains, glaciers, lakes and rivers.

The Torres Del Paine are the distinctive three granite peaks of the Paine Mountain Range or Paine Massif. They extend up to 2500m above sea level and are joined by the Cuernos del Paine.

The present day topography, has been shaped mainly by glacial erosion in the last tens of thousand of years.

The landscape is dominated by the Paine Massif, which is a spur of the Andes.
